Cara Pifko (Réjane) started acting professionally at the age of 7 in Toronto, Canada. She won a Gemini award (Canadian Emmy) for her work George F. Walker’s THIS IS WONDERLAND, which she starred in for three seasons. Pifko was nominated for Gemini awards for HUMAN CARGO and I ME WED, and nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award for her two seasons starring on OUR HERO. She recently starred in ABYSS at the Tarragon Theatre in Toronto, and as Réjane in the world premiere of O RÉJANE in LA, for which she earned a Stage Raw Los Angeles Theater Award Nomination for Leading Female Performance. TV and film credits also include FAMILY PICTURES with Angelica Houston, THE ROBERT HANSEN STORY with William Hurt and Mary Louise Parker, ORDINARY MAGIC, CSI: MIAMI, HEARTLAND, WITHOUT A TRACE, and David E. Patrick Wenk-Wolff (The Lover) is recurring on TNT’s RIZZOLI AND ISLES. Patrick’s theatre credits include: THE CURSE OF OEDIPUS, THE SEAGULL, and LYSISTRATA (Antaeus Company); A CHRISTMAS CAROL (North Coast Rep); and “Best of Fringe” at the Hollywood Fringe Festival for KING PHYCUS. Additional TV credits include THE LOST SHIP, CBS’ THE EX LIST and ABC’s LIFE ON MARS. Patrick has as appeared in over a dozen national commercials and several web series, including COMBUSTION and CLOTHING OPTIONAL and edited the web series FAMILY VALUABLES and SIDEKICK & ROOMATE. A seasoned TV veteran, Joseph Will (Porel) has most recently guest starred on ABC Family Channel’s TWISTED. After attending the prestigious ASOLO Conservatory of Actor Training/FSU in Sarasota, FL, Joseph found himself working in New York on multiple Off-Broadway productions including Blue Man Group before relocating to Los Angeles. Quickly after his arrival, he booked his first guest starring role as Patty Lupone’s son opposite Kelsey Grammar on the Emmy award winning show, FRAISER. His other TV credits include: 24, PRISON BREAK, C.S.I., WITHOUT A TRACE, SHARK, STAR TREK VOYAGER, STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP, N.Y.P.D. BLUE, and recurring roles on STAR TREK ENTERPRISE, WILL AND GRACE, THE MENTALIST, and the Nickelodeon sitcom DRAKE AND JOSH. Joseph’s film work includes DRAGONFLY with Kevin Costner, BETRAYAL, FIND ME and the independent film THE PERFECT HOST, with David Hyde Pierce, which premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
Cecilia de Rico (Mother) is a native from Sweden. She received her education as an actress at the National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Stockholm. Cecilia worked professionally in Sweden in theatre and television for about 20 years before transferring to Los Angeles. Here in L.A., she’s been involved in different plays at the Open Fist Theatre Company and at ArtWorks Theatre. She also started her own voice studio in Hollywood, De Rico Voice, and has been teaching actors in L.A. and Europe since 2005.
Ilana Turner (Blanche) has been seen onscreen in HBO’s BIG LOVE and in pilots for The Ministry of Unknown Science on Sci Fi Channel and Spike TV. On stage, she starred in the world premiere of VERTICAL COMMUTE at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and in Suzan-Lori Parks’ 365 PLAYS for 365 DAYS. She was also a founding member of long-form improv team Bobby Hot Stuff at iO West. Ilana appeared in comedy internet sensations BUN IN THE OVEN and BUN IN THE OVEN 2: THE REBIRTH and guest starred on the Project Direct/Sundance runner up web series GOOD DEEDS AND THE DAMAGE DONE. Ilana’s numerous national commercials include ‘that Kaiser Permanente commercial.’ Ilana wrote, co-produced, and played Blanche in the world premiere production of O RÉJANE at LA’s Bootleg Theater, which earned three Stage Raw LA Theater Award nominations. Her BA in theater and dance is from Hampshire College. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and wee daughters. Turner is also an ex-professional figure skater who loves punk rock. Valerie McCann (Sage of Paris) is the 2-time Southern California champion, and UK champion, of the Bishnu Charan Ghosh Yoga Cup. For the past two years, she collaborated on the project DYNAMIKA METAMORFOZY with NetTheatre at the Grotowski Institute in Poland. Valerie has performed with the SITI company at the NY Public Theater on 365 DAYS, 365 PLAYS and collaborated on RISING: A DANCE PLAY with SITI members. She is a founding member of Los Angeles’ ARTEL.
